How a dealer can place a order by Purchase Order creation?
When HO approves the workflow and then admin adds you to team approval, they show all the tiles here.
Then, for the Create purchase order, click on Order Information.
When you click on Order Information, a new window opens with some tiles. You have to click on Create Purchase Order.
When you click on this tile, a new window appears with the form that you must fill out.
Then you have to fill out the form and click on Create Order.
When you click on the Create order, Workflow is triggered for the Z.O. and H.O.
First Z.O. accepts the workflow. If he wants to reject or hold the workflow, he can do this action.
Second, this workflow also goes to H.O. If he accepts, rejects, or holds the workflow, he can take this action. He only fills out two things in this form: first, he selects the dealer payment term, and second, he selects the plan. Then, click on Update Order.
When you update the order, go back, choose the tiles, and click on the sales order approval tiles.
When you choose these tiles, a new window appears where H.O. approves this form. You have to click on the radio button to confirm the order.
When you click on this button, a window appears. There are two options: accept and hold.
If H.O. approves the workflow, then the status changes from under-approved to order-approved.
If H.O. holds this workflow, then this workflow goes to Hold Tiles.
In this way, H.O. approves the order.
