Hoicko now offers an upgraded Comments experience, making it easier for teams to communicate directly within records and keep every discussion organized in a single place. Post updates, loop in teammates, tag members, and stay on top of conversations — all without stepping outside your workspace.


With the Comments feature, users can

How to Access Comments

Here's how to get started:

Step 1: Open Your Workspace
Log in to Hoicko and navigate to the workspace you're working in.

Step 2: Select a Record
Open the specific record where you'd like to add a comment or update.

Step 3: Open the Comments Panel
Click the Comments icon within the record to open the comments section.


Adding a Comment

To leave a comment:

  1. Click inside the comment box.
  2. Type your message.
  3. Hit Enter or click Send.

Your comment will show up instantly in the activity timeline.


Tagging Team Members

Want to grab someone's attention? Simply use:

@membername

For example:
@John Please review this update.

Tagged members are notified right away and can jump into the conversation without delay.


Reviewing Comment History

Every comment stays linked to its original record, so users can:

  1. Look back at past discussions
  2. Follow the progress of updates
  3. Keep full context of the conversation
