Widget Settings and Share Reports
Easily customize your dashboard widgets and share reports with the right team members. The Widget Report feature helps you personalize how your data is displayed while making collaboration simple and efficient.
Configure a Widget
Step 1: Access Widget Settings

Open your dashboard.

Locate the widget you want to modify.

Click the three-dot (⋮) menu.

Select Edit Widget.
Step 2: Customize the Widget
Adjust the widget according to your reporting needs by updating:
- Widget Name
- Subtitle (Optional)
- Connected Board(s)
- Preferred View
Adding a subtitle helps provide additional information and makes widgets easier to understand for your team.
Step 3: Adjust Chart Preferences
Configure how your data is presented by selecting the most suitable chart options.
Available customization options include:
- Chart Style
- Labels
- Data Display
- Visualization Preferences
Use the preview to verify your changes before saving.
Step 4: Apply Your Changes
After completing the configuration, click Apply.
The widget will instantly update on your dashboard with the new settings.
Share Widget Reports
Once your widget is configured, you can distribute its report directly from the dashboard.
To Share a Report

Open the widget's three-dot (⋮) menu.

Click Share Report.

Select the team members who should receive the report.

Click Apply.
The selected members will receive the latest widget report based on the current widget configuration.
