Add updates, collaborate with teammates, mention members, and track conversations without leaving your workspace.

Overview

The Comments feature allows users to:

• Add comments directly inside records
• Mention team members for quick collaboration
• Keep discussions connected to work items
• Maintain conversation history
• Improve communication visibility across teams
  

How to Access Comments

Follow these steps:

• Step 1: Open Your Workspace
• Log in to Hoicko and open the relevant workspace.
• Step 2: Select a Record
• Open the record where you want to add discussion or updates.
• Step 3: Open the Comments Panel
• Click on the Comments icon available inside the record.

The comments section will open.

Add a Comment

To post a comment:

1. Click inside the comment box.

2. Type your message.

3. Press Enter or click Send.

Your comment will appear instantly in the activity timeline.

Mention Team Members

• Need someone’s attention?

• Use:

• @membername

• Example:

• @John Please review this update.

• Mentioned members can quickly join the conversation and stay aligned.

View Comment History

All comments remain attached to the related record.

Users can:

• Review previous discussions

• Track updates

• Maintain communication context

• Access conversation history anytime
