The Text Area Column in Hoicko.ai is designed for adding longer text content directly inside your board. Similar to the Text column, it provides a larger input area that allows users to store detailed descriptions, updates, notes, and other extended information.
This column is especially useful when tasks require comprehensive documentation or additional context.
How to Add a Text Area Column to Your Board
Follow these steps to add a Text Area column:
Step 1: Open Your Board
Step 2: Click the (+) Icon
On the right side of your board, click the (+) Add Column option.
Step 3: Open More Options
Select More.
Step 4: Open Column Center
The Column Center window opens with multiple available column types.
Step 5: Select Text Area Column
You can find the Text Area column in two ways:

Use the search bar to search for Text Area

Scroll through the available column list
Select the Text Area column to add it to your board.
The Text Area column will now appear in your board.
