Board Module:

Board is your first organization level of the Hoicko hierarchy that encounter in the workspace.
Mostly everything in Hoicko is customizable, and some settings are implemented at the Board level.

Other features such as group by, filter, column visibility, and sorting can be set at the Board level.

Which type of Board you can choose?

Hoicko is an undependable tool in which you can create any customizable board. You will be given two options. You can create a complete Board on your own or you can create a board on the basis of the existing Template.

How to create a board in a workspace?

Once you created a workspace, next you have to create a board, by using templates or from scratch.

1. Click on the workspace on which you want to create Board and the + icon placed after the workspace name, Menu popped up.

2. Select the “Create Board” Option “Choose recommended for you” template to create your own type of board. Or there are 100+ templates in hoicko’s Template pond choose any templates that match your organization, and your board is ready-to-use.

 

3. A demo content board has been created.

 After creating board, there you can add rows and column according to your requirement.

How to edit a board in Workspace?

You are able to edit two things in a board:   

1. Edit a board name:

Step 1: Near your board name on the left side at the top of the screen, there appear three bars, then you have to click on three bars and the new window will open.

Step 2: Click on Board Rename. Change the name according to the changes and click on ‘create it’.

Then you will be able to successfully change the board name.

2. Edit a board logo: Click on board logo on left side at top of the screen, the screen appears so you can chose logo according to your requirement.

How to delete a board?

Step 1: Click on workspace, select the board you wanted to delete .

Step 2: Click on the three bars on the right side of the board name.

Step 3: The window appears, click on the Delete Board.

Your board will be successfully deleted.
