How to invite member in a board?

Invite any member or team or can say share board to team member or team in hoicko.com,  it is just similar to share workspace to any person.

1. Go to the board in which you want to invite team member.
2. Click on the Dashboard Member icon upper right side corner.
3. Search person by Name or Email address or team you want share the board, click on the name. Click on OK.

Another way to invite members in a board:

Once you setting up the account in hoicko.com the next step is send invitation for join hoicko,

Inviting team member to your Account:

1.    Go to the Invite Icon placed at last in the Main Menu, A new window open

   

2.   Click on the “Invite New Member” icon right upper side corner, A new window open

3.   Write Email address or Mobile number for send invitation, You can send number of invitation at the same time by Add person.

4.   Once you add person click on Invite.

An Invitation has been sent to the person, the pending status show after the name of the person until the person doesn’t accept the invitation.

 Once the people accept the invitation the status changed from pending to accept.
