You may quickly connect a column to the contents of one or more other boards with the Connect Boards Column! This column comes in very helpful when your process comprises associated boards because it's a terrific way to link information between several boards.

For instance, a board with client master data can connect to a board with a client's product. You won't ever need to look for a client's linked order again because it will be there. The options with this column are endless.
Lets learn how it works. 👇

Add Connected Board

To add the Connect Boards Column, click on the + icon located after the columns, then select "more".

Note: If you do not see the + icon, that means you are a member and only Admin can add columns.

Select Connected Board

Search and select connected board form the pool of columns type, once you select the "Connected Board" the screen pop up prompting to select the board you like to connect to:

Choose the Connected Board Column and Mirror Column

After selecting the board to link, select the primary column through which you want to get data at clicking on the radio button, once you select that column, then select on the mirror column you want to get into the current board.

Once you click on the save button the current board has connected with the parent board.

When you have successfully created the connected board it shows as below image.

Get Data on Connected Board

The items from the connected boards will be revealed for you to choose from when you click inside any cell in the Connect Boards Column. To link one or more items in each of your Connect Board Column cells, go ahead and choose your choice(s).
