The "Money Column" plays a vital role in managing budgets, expenses, and cost-related criteria among the managing team and projects. Let's explore how this crucial instrument is assisting organizations all over the world to improve their financial management capabilities.

The Basics

Click on the "+" end of the right of the columns, select "More" and choose the "Money" column, then select the currency type and choose Number of decimal then click on the Save button.

Note- If a board type is shared only the owner can create a new Money Column.

The Currency Type

Go to the Money column and select the Money column setting icon   then click on the Properties, and choose the currency type in which you want to convert the current currency type USD Format or INR Format.

The Function

If you would like to see the calculation for all values and it will show the bottom of that column, simply click on the Money column's setting icon   , go to Manage Summary, and functions such as Sum, Max, Min, Avg, Count, and if you want to remove all then select None.

 For the example, the mathematics function Sum has been applied.
